Returns & Exchange Policy

At 7th Avenue Jewellery, we are dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship, and each piece of jewellery undergoes careful inspection before dispatch. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, some imperfections may be intentional and not considered defects. However, if you notice any damage, or if damage occurs during shipping, we are here to assist you.

Exchange Circumstances:

We accept exchanges for products of equal or higher value (after taxes) only in case of damage in transit. Additionally, any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with the bill receipt.

Exchange Procedure:

1. Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at customer care -
info@7thavenuejewellery.com.
2. Mention your name, contact number, address, and order number.
3. Ship the product back to us the same or next day after exchange confirmation.
4. Provide valid tracking details/docket ID with the dispatch date mentioned.
5. Pack the product carefully with all original accessories received at the time of delivery,
along with bubble wrap.
6. Customer bears return shipping charges.
7. Products undergo a quality check before exchange approval.

International:

We do not offer any returns and exchanges for international orders. All purchases are final.

Refund:

We do not offer refunds.
